So, I weighed myself this morning. Ugh. Not the worst it's ever been, but within 15 pounds of the worst. So, after work today I picked up the kids, got them settled with some snacks and activities, then hopped on the treadmill with Oprah. I only did 20 minutes, as it was all Anya would allow. It was also only at 2.5 mph, so I only did 0.76 mile, but it's a start! I did use the cross-country arms :)
Tomorrow I'll get up before the kids and do it in the morning. I think I'll go for 20 minutes a day for this week. It's best to keep it easy in the beginning. I really want to make a life change. I want my kids to have an active mom! I need to be a good role model!
Later this week I'll scan the horrible picture of me with my class. It'll serve as a "before" picture.
