The Biggest Loser

Arrrgggg. I have been sitting on my ass for the better part of the day watching a marathon of the second season of "The Biggest Loser." I feel pathetic. I know what I need to do, I am simply to wiped out to do it. Of course, the more overweight I become, the more tired I am and the less likely I am to do anything about it. Resolutions simply don't work.

However, we just rearranged the basement to make room for all the toys, etc. for when Scott starts on Ian's new bedroom. We moved the treadmill within range of the TV. Between my renewed interest in the tready and this new season of partners "Loser," I'm ready to try yet again.

I got a New Years edition of Runners' World Online, and one of the suggestions to keep motivated was to keep a blog. So, here it is. I'm not linking it to my main one yet, because I need to get my feet under me for a bit before I let the family and friends in on this venture. Lord knows I've lost and regained the same 30 pounds more times than I can count. I'm going to start with the exercise at first. I've always found that to be the easiest part. Plus, I really love food. But I'll get there. Anyway, I always feel like I need to have something else to tweak when I start to plateau. So, tomorrow I'll walk. I'll take it from there.

If you're out there, drop me a comment!
